First phase of soft skills training completed

June 21, 2018

As part of the project “Economic Empowerment of Marginalized Women”, the Jahjaga Foundation awarded yesterday 10 certificates for 5 women participants from Drenas and 5 from Gjakova, who were trained in the field of soft skills. The training was implemented in partnership with the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce.

These skills will help participants to draft CVs according to employers’ requirements, to know how to search for jobs, how to prepare for an interview for prospective employers, and helping them prepare better for the labor market.

Soft skills training will be followed by training in specific professions for the same beneficiaries, which will increase the chances of these women finding sustainable employment.
