P\u00ebrmes trajnimeve, angazhimit n\u00eb politika, avokimit dhe bashk\u00ebpunimeve t\u00eb ndryshme, JWPSI synon t\u00eb promovoj\u00eb lidershipin gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs, barazin\u00eb gjinore dhe paqen e q\u00ebndrueshme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rreth Programit t\u00eb Lidershipit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">JWPSI po lansojn\u00eb edicionin vjetor t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb Lidershipit p\u00ebr Profesionist\u00ebt e Rinj, i cili synon fuqizimin e individ\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar ndaj nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb paqes, qeverisjes gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse dhe drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb gjinore. Programi do t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb nj\u00eb platform\u00eb unike p\u00ebr zhvillimin e lidershipit, bashk\u00ebpunim nd\u00ebrsektorial dhe angazhim me aktor\u00eb komb\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe
