Projekti fokusohet n\u00eb fuqizimin e Konsorciumit t\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs (Labour Rights Consortium \u2013 LRC) dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, duke synuar mbrojtjen dhe fuqizimin e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve, grave dhe komuniteteve t\u00eb margjinalizuara. Q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb forcimi i reagimit institucional ndaj shkeljeve t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, nxitja e dialogut social mes sindikatave dhe institucioneve, si dhe rritja e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit publik p\u00ebr barazin\u00eb, sh\u00ebndetin dhe sigurin\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">P\u00ebr ta realizuar k\u00ebt\u00eb mision, k\u00ebrkohet nj\u00eb Ekspert\u202fLigjor q\u00eb do t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb ekspertiz\u00eb p\u00ebr analizimin dhe harmonizimin e kuadrit ligjor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me standardet e Bashkimit Europian, t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e amendamenteve, dhe t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb ngritjen e kapaciteteve t\u00eb institucioneve dhe mediave p\u00ebr trajtimin e rasteve t\u00eb shkeljeve t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Termat e Referenc\u00ebs<br \/>\n<\/strong>Eksperti Ligjor do t\u00eb punoj\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me ekipin e projektit dhe me
