This initiative aims to strengthen civil society, including the Labour Rights Consortium (LRC) and media platforms, to promote participatory democracy and align Kosovo with EU standards. The project focuses on enhancing social dialogue between labor unions, the LRC, and key stakeholders, while building capacity for effective advocacy and representation of workers’ rights. It also supports civil society engagement through media literacy, investigative journalism (via Kallxo.com), and targeted support for vulnerable groups. By empowering the LRC as a collective voice for workers, the project seeks to influence reforms and improve labor conditions across sectors.
