This project focused on promoting inclusion and durable solutions for persons of concern in Kosovo through community engagement, advocacy, and skills development. Key activities included high-level municipal meetings, thematic discussions, and advocacy initiatives aimed at enhancing social inclusion and community resilience.

  • The project empowered 121 women and youth across six municipalities—Gjakova, Peja, Fushë Kosovë/Kosovo Polje, Klina, Mitrovica, and Ferizaj—by supporting professional development, including CV writing for 20 young participants.

  • It amplified voices through five inspiring podcasts and four community success stories, and published a booklet featuring 20 role model women from non-majority communities, including returnees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and host community members.

  • A participatory assessment involving 47 individuals ensured the project’s inclusive approach, guided by Age, Gender, and Diversity Mainstreaming (AGDM) principles.

  • Through 10 advocacy interventions and multiple engagement events, the initiative helped advance equitable participation and community-led change.
